Carine is a calm yet empowering Pilates instructor who believes in finding the perfect balance between precision and flow. Her classes are dynamic and intentionally designed to help clients move with strength, awareness, and confidence. Focusing on alignment, control, and mindful movement, she creates a space where each individual can challenge their body while staying grounded in the moment. Her goal is to help clients leave every session feeling energized, connected, and inspired — both on and off the reformer.

Christy is a certified personal trainer and flexibility coach with a background in psychology and special education. Her mission is to help others move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies. She combines strength, mobility, and mindset work to create sessions that are both empowering and accessible—no matter the starting point. Having experienced the transformative power of movement herself, Christy is passionate about guiding others through that same journey toward confidence and balance.

Yoga teacher and Wellness enthusiast.

Iman discovered yoga in 2010 and was immediately captivated by its ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and connect her to a deeper sense of self. Since then, she has dedicated her life to the study and practice of yoga, embracing its transformative power and sharing it with others.
With over 11 years of experience, Iman brings not only knowledge but also a supportive and playful energy to every class. She believes yoga is for everyone, and her teaching philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where students can explore and grow at their own pace.
Iman holds a 500-hour RYT certification and is trained across a wide range of yoga styles — including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and even Laughter Yoga. She continues to expand her practice through ongoing education and self-discovery, always seeking new ways to deepen her offerings. Grateful for the path yoga has carved in her life, Iman’s greatest joy is guiding others on their own journey — helping them feel stronger, more centered, and more connected both on and off the mat.

Jinan is a yoga instructor who believes movement is a path to both strength and inner peace. Her journey began in 2019 with Aerial Yoga training by yoga alliance, and in 2021 she traveled to Nepal to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her connection to yoga’s roots. She is also certified in mega core and has always loved sports and staying active. Through her classes, she aims to share not just yoga, but a space where you can feel stronger, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

With nearly 15 years of professional experience in the fitness field, Joelle had the privilege of teaching a wide variety of group classes including Pilates, Stretching, Spinning, TRX, Swiss Ball, HIIT, and more. She joined Nõma because she believes in its mission to promote better well-being, and she is eager to share her expertise while being part of a supportive community working together toward collective fitness goals.

Juliana is a certified Personal Trainer with over five years of experience supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals through safe, effective, and motivating programs. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Post-Rehab Training, and Strength & Conditioning, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics to further expand her expertise. With a passionate and energetic approach, Juliana is dedicated to helping clients not only transform their bodies but also build confidence and a resilient mindset.

Pilates Instructor

Khouloud is a certified Classical Pilates instructor, trained at The Pilates Center in the USA. With over 250 teaching hours, she brings expertise in Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and other Pilates apparatus. Khouloud is passionate about creating personalized sessions and dynamic group classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. With a strong foundation in anatomy, injury prevention, and pre- and post-natal Pilates, she is dedicated to guiding clients safely and effectively on their movement journey.

Pilates Instructor
Lama started her Pilates journey 2 years ago, and what began as a passion quickly became a career. She left the corporate world to follow her love for Pilates and became a full-time instructor. She loves helping people tone their bodies, build strength, and feel confident in their own skin. She currently teaches mat, reformer, and tower classes and soon, chair Pilates too!

Layal is a Pilates instructor and former biology teacher who brings both science and passion to her classes. With experience teaching in several studios over the past three months, she focuses on helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. At 37 and a proud mom of two, Marwa believes that true strength comes from balance — in body, mind, and life. With a master’s degree in Diplomacy and a year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates, she brings focus, warmth, and encouragement to every class. Marwa is currently continuing her certification to further help clients move mindfully and feel their best.

Rawan is an internationally certified fitness professional with expertise in strength training, posture correction, and holistic body conditioning. Holding an EREPS-recognized certification in Fitness & Weight Training, she combines technical knowledge with a results-driven approach tailored to individual needs. Specialized in pre- and postnatal training, she supports women through safe and effective programs that enhance strength, mobility, and confidence during every stage of motherhood. With advanced training in spinal rehabilitation, her practice integrates corrective techniques designed to restore balance, alignment, and functional movement.
