HeroBoard Instructor
Movement has always been her language. A former professional swimmer, she grew up with discipline, endurance, and the pursuit of perfect form. With extensive experience as a Senior Lagree Instructor, she brings a methodical approach to movement. Her Heroboard classes are designed to replicate that same high-intensity, low-impact training precision. Expect a focus on control, strength, and stability – sessions that build power while teaching you to move with intention.

Iman El Shaikh

Yoga teacher and Wellness enthusiast.
Yoga teacher and Wellness enthusiast. Iman discovered yoga in 2010 and was immediately captivated by its ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and connect her to a deeper sense of self. Since then, she has dedicated her life to the study and practice of yoga, embracing its transformative power and sharing it with others. With over 11 years of experience, Iman brings not only knowledge but also a supportive and playful energy to every class. She believes yoga is for everyone, and her teaching philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where students can explore and grow at their own pace. Iman holds a 500-hour RYT certification and is trained across a wide range of yoga styles — including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and even Laughter Yoga. She continues to expand her practice through ongoing education and self-discovery, always seeking new ways to deepen her offerings. Grateful for the path yoga has carved in her life, Iman’s greatest joy is guiding others on their own journey — helping them feel stronger, more centered, and more connected both on and off the mat.

Jinan Ayoub

Yoga Instructor
Jinan is a yoga instructor who believes movement is a path to both strength and inner peace. Her journey began in 2019 with Aerial Yoga training by yoga alliance, and in 2021 she traveled to Nepal to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her connection to yoga’s roots. She is also certified in mega core and has always loved sports and staying active. Through her classes, she aims to share not just yoga, but a space where you can feel stronger, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

Joelle Harb

Fitness & Pilates Instructor
With nearly 15 years of professional experience in the fitness field, Joelle had the privilege of teaching a wide variety of group classes including Pilates, Stretching, Spinning, TRX, Swiss Ball, HIIT, and more. She joined Nõma because she believes in its mission to promote better well-being, and she is eager to share her expertise while being part of a supportive community working together toward collective fitness goals.

Khouloud

Pilates Instructor
Khouloud is a certified Classical Pilates instructor, trained at The Pilates Center in the USA. With over 250 teaching hours, she brings expertise in Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and other Pilates apparatus. Khouloud is passionate about creating personalized sessions and dynamic group classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. With a strong foundation in anatomy, injury prevention, and pre- and post-natal Pilates, she is dedicated to guiding clients safely and effectively on their movement journey.

Lama El Fil

Pilates Instructor
Lama started her Pilates journey 2 years ago, and what began as a passion quickly became a career. She left the corporate world to follow her love for Pilates and became a full-time instructor. She loves helping people tone their bodies, build strength, and feel confident in their own skin. She currently teaches mat, reformer, and tower classes and soon, chair Pilates too!

Layal Eskandar

Layal is a Pilates instructor and former biology teacher who brings both science and passion to her classes. With experience teaching in several studios over the past three months, she focuses on helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. As a mom, she understands the value of self-care and designs classes that leave you feeling both energized and grounded.

Lea Amin

Reformer Pilates & Nõmaformer Instructor

Lea is a dedicated Pilates and NõmaFormer instructor at Nõma, recognized for her dynamic and empowering teaching style. With a strong background in sports and movement, she discovered Pilates several years ago before expanding into Mega, where she found her true passion. Her classes are defined by seamless, powerful sequences that challenge both strength and endurance, while maintaining a precise focus on form and alignment. Known for delivering intensity with purpose, Lea creates an environment where clients are motivated to push beyond their limits and achieve visible results. Her commitment to cultivating discipline, energy, and confidence ensures that every session is not only a workout, but a transformative experience that resonates far beyond the studio.

Lynn Chaar is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor with a lifelong passion for health and movement. She is dedicated to making fitness both enjoyable and effective, creating classes that blend music, energy, and precise instruction. With a focus on challenging the glutes, core, and full body, Lynn ensures every session is supportive, motivating, and results-driven. Her ultimate goal is to help clients leave class feeling confident, empowered, and deeply connected to their movement.

Mandy Hjeij

Pilates Instructor
Certified Pilates instructor dedicated to enhancing strength, mobility, and overall well-being through mindful movement and precise technique. Her goal is to create a professional and supportive environment where every client can achieve balance, resilience, and confidence through Pilates.

Nadeen M.N

Fitness & Pilates instructor.
Her experience with movement started early, when she began ballet classes at the age of 6. Over time, she trained in a variety of styles, including Lebanese folklore, Salsa, Brazilian samba, and urban dance in Paris. Her comprehensive knowledge of body mechanics and movement led her naturally into the fitness industry, where she has been active for the past 11 years. Nadeen is a certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates Instructor, and has completed specialized training in core 3-dimensional techniques, postural alignment, and pre/postnatal fitness. Whether working with beginners or experienced clients, Nadeen brings a thoughtful, alignment-based approach to her Pilates sessions. Using both classical and contemporary methods, she tailors each class to individual needs, ensuring safe, effective, and mindful movement for all levels.

Rawan Khalil

Pilates instructor "Reformer & Tower"
Rawan is an internationally certified fitness professional with expertise in strength training, posture correction, and holistic body conditioning. Holding an EREPS-recognized certification in Fitness & Weight Training, she combines technical knowledge with a results-driven approach tailored to individual needs. Specialized in pre- and postnatal training, she supports women through safe and effective programs that enhance strength, mobility, and confidence during every stage of motherhood. With advanced training in spinal rehabilitation, her practice integrates corrective techniques designed to restore balance, alignment, and functional movement.

Zeina Ramadan

Aerial Dance Instructor (Kids, Teens, & Adults - All Levels).
With a passion for movement and an enthusiasm for helping others find their strength, Zeina is an experienced aerial dance instructor dedicated to nurturing creativity and building confidence in students of all ages. Specializing in aerial dance and has trained extensively and taught a diverse range of students—from beginners to advanced practitioners.
