Her experience with movement started early, when she began ballet classes at the age of 6. Over time, she trained in a variety of styles, including Lebanese folklore, Salsa, Brazilian samba, and urban dance in Paris. Her comprehensive knowledge of body mechanics and movement led her naturally into the fitness industry, where she has been active for the past 11 years. Nadeen is a certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates Instructor, and has completed specialized training in core 3-dimensional techniques, postural alignment, and pre/postnatal fitness. Whether working with beginners or experienced clients, Nadeen brings a thoughtful, alignment-based approach to her Pilates sessions. Using both classical and contemporary methods, she tailors each class to individual needs, ensuring safe, effective, and mindful movement for all levels.
