Our Fitness Classes at Nõma are designed to help you build strength, tone your body, and improve overall fitness using bodyweight and light weights. Classes include Stretch & Mobility, Circuit Training, Core & Butt, Fighting Cellulite, Toning, Abs & Arms, and more. These sessions focus on controlled movements, functional exercises, and full-body engagement to help you burn calories, sculpt muscles, and increase flexibility and endurance. Classes are suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels, with modifications offered to match your experience and goals. No prior experience is needed. We recommend a minimum age of 16+. Please consult your doctor before joining if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury.
