• The exchange must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

• Exchange requests made after fourteen (14) calendar days may not be accepted.

• The maximum period for completing an exchange cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days.

Exchange Costs

• If the exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), Nõma Concept Store will arrange and cover the cost of exchange shipment.

• If the exchange is made for reasons not attributable to the company (change of mind, personal preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Conditions for Exchange

To exercise your right of exchange, you must:

1. Contact Nõma Concept Store directly to request an exchange.

2. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, including packaging, labels, and markings.

3. Include the sales receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Await approval from Nõma Concept Store before sending back the product for exchange.

• All exchanged products are subject to a quality control inspection.

• If defects are found that are not consistent with your claim, the company will contact you to resolve the issue.

2. Product Replacement

• Nõma Concept Store does not provide automatic replacements.

• If you wish to change a product, you must first send it back and place a new order.

• If the exchange is due to a company error, Nõma Concept Store will cover the exchange shipping cost.

3. Complaints

• For any complaint, Nõma Concept Store provides the option to submit electronically via our contact form.

• All complaints will be addressed promptly and in compliance with Lebanese consumer protection laws.

4. Additions

• Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.
