Mat Pilates is a series of exercises done on the floor using just your body weight, sometimes with small props like bands, balls, or rings. It focuses on building core strength, improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. This class is great for both men and women, offering a low-impact way to tone muscles, reduce stress, and improve mobility. It’s an excellent starting point for beginners and equally challenging for advanced participants. No experience is needed, and exercises can be adapted to your level. We recommend a minimum age of 16+. Please consult your doctor before joining if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury.
