The website www.nomaconcept.net is the online store of Nõma Concept Store, located in Hazmieh, Lebanon. The website offers the sale of products including wellness items, apparel, accessories, and other related items, subject to availability.

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of these Terms does not require a handwritten signature. Nõma Concept Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the applicable Terms are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Users are encouraged to save or print a copy of these Terms.

Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties solely concerning transactions conducted via the Nõma website. They supersede any prior agreements or communications related to the same subject.

Products and Availability

• Products are available while stocks last.

• Product images are indicative; colors and appearance may vary due to different screens or device settings.

• Nõma Concept Store cannot guarantee availability of any product but will notify customers promptly if items are out of stock.

Placing an Order

• Orders must be placed through the website by completing the order form.

• Product prices include applicable Lebanese taxes (VAT).

• Prices may be updated at any time without notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

• Nõma Concept Store is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Payment

• Payments are processed securely through approved banking partners.

• Nõma Concept Store does not store sensitive card details.

• Payment completion confirms the order.

Limitation of Liability

• Nõma Concept Store sells products in compliance with Lebanese law.

• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, inability to access services, or external interference.

• Nõma Concept Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services and website functions at its discretion.

• While we strive for continuous access, temporary interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur.

Responsibilities of Users

Users agree to use the website and services legitimately, without infringing on the rights of others or the website’s operation. Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, illegal acts, or negligent behavior.

Right of Exchange

• Customers may exchange products within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt if items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied due to Nõma’s error.

• Exchange must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and sales receipt.

• If the exchange is due to Nõma’s error, we cover return shipping.

• Exchange for personal reasons must be sent to Nõma at the customer’s expense.

• Replacement orders require returning the original product and placing a new order.

Exchanges will only be accepted after approval from Nõma Concept Store.

Complaints

• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.

• If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

Amendments and Waivers

• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights or claims.
